In the subject line please let us know the business name and machine model if you know it.​

Please give a detailed description of what the machine fault is such as a leak under the machine, milk spitting out of machine, drink ratios not correct, etc.

A member of our team may try to call you to solve the issue over the phone if they believe it to be possible, otherwise a call out with be arranged and confirmed via email. 

If the machine has any leaks please turn it off and place an out of order sign. If the leaking continues after the machine is turned off please turn off the water line feeding the machine.
